She brings a practical, hands-on approach to turning strategy into delivery — working with leaders and teams through integration, organisational redesign, harmonisation and large-scale people change.
Beverley Constable
George is a senior M&A, transformation and integration specialist with more than 20 years’ international experience leading complex acquisitions, workforce integrations and enterprise-wide change.
He works across the full transaction lifecycle — from due diligence and Day 1 readiness through to post-deal integration, value realisation and sustainable transformation.
